Our Little Sky is an iPhone app in development. This notice covers this website and the launch-news email list. It does not describe the app, which is not available yet.

What we collect and why
When you join the list, we collect your email address and a record of your consent: the time you confirmed and the confirmation link you clicked. We use it only to email you news about the app’s launch. We don’t ask for due dates, health details or anything about your pregnancy.
If you arrived through a link we posted, such as one on TikTok, we also store a short tag naming that link with your address, so we know which posts bring people to the list. The tag comes from the link itself, not from your browser or device.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You confirm it twice: by ticking the box on the form, then by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Until you click that link, you won’t receive any launch news.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo (France) stores the list, sends the confirmation and launch emails, and handles unsubscribes. As part of sending, Brevo records whether each email is delivered, opened and clicked. We use that only to check that emails arrive, never to build a profile of you.
- Cloudflare (United States) hosts this website. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP addresses. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views, referring sites and device types in aggregate. It sets no cookies, doesn’t use local storage and doesn’t identify or follow individual visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you don’t, we delete the launch-news list no later than 12 months after the app launches.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, which withdraws your consent for future emails. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict how we use it, by writing to hello@ourlittlesky.com.
You can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu), or to the authority where you live.
